Why a 4% fee — and not the cheapest on the island?
We’re not the cheapest; we’re the most effective. The 4% already undercuts the usual 5%, and every euro saved goes straight into marketing — cinema-grade media, targeted campaigns, and a launch to a vetted buyer network. A cheap, passive listing costs you far more in price erosion than it ever saves in fee.
What does 100% exclusive mean, and why do you ask for it?

How do you decide my asking price?
