Based on your criteria we scan the entire market — properties listed with other agencies, portals, our scraping software, and relevant off-market opportunities. With our local knowledge and your feedback, we filter it down to a shortlist of 5–10 properties that might actually be it.
We follow up with all homeowners and agencies, gather every relevant detail, and brief you in advance so you know exactly what to expect. Then we build a smooth, well-structured schedule for your days on the island.
The most exciting day. We meet for coffee, run through the planning, and visit all selected properties together. During the visits we ask the questions you might not have thought of — legal and zoning details, land classification to avoid blocked views, honest insights into surroundings, opportunities and risks. We end with a good lunch or dinner and evaluate everything we saw.
Once we’ve found the right property, we agree a clear acquisition strategy and lead the negotiations on your behalf. Our lawyer prepares the contracts — Reservation, Arras, Purchase Agreement — we book the notary, and we make sure legal and technical due diligence are carried out properly.
Once the deed is done, you’re part of the HOMZ family — with access to our in-house concierge. Your favourite restaurant booked, a reliable boat charter, gardener or cleaner arranged. We are there for you like family.
