The HOMZ Ambassador programme is an invitation to a select few — well-connected individuals who love Ibiza and move in the right circles, and who want to share the HOMZ experience with the people around them. It is exclusive and by application: anyone may apply, but not everyone is accepted.

What is a HOMZ Ambassador?

A HOMZ Ambassador is a trusted introducer. When you know someone looking to buy, sell or rent a home on Ibiza, you introduce them to HOMZ. We take it from there — with the discretion and standard our clients expect — and you are rewarded when an introduction leads to a completed transaction. It is not a sales job and not employment; it is a partnership built on trust and genuine, warm introductions.

HOMZ is built on the idea that less is more — we filter out 95% of the market. Our ambassador network follows the same principle: small, carefully chosen, so the HOMZ name stays associated with quality and trust. Applying does not guarantee acceptance; we select ambassadors at our own discretion, based on fit, network and alignment with our values.

Ambassador terms & conditions

The following terms govern participation in the HOMZ Ambassador programme. By applying, you agree to these terms.

• 1. Application, not entitlement. Submitting an application creates no right to be accepted. HOMZ selects and admits ambassadors entirely at its own discretion and may decline any application without giving reasons.
• 2. Nature of the relationship. An ambassador is an independent introducer. Participation creates no employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship, and ambassadors may not represent, negotiate or act on behalf of HOMZ, or hold themselves out as a HOMZ agent or employee.
• 3. Genuine, consenting introductions. Ambassadors must only introduce prospects who have genuinely agreed to be introduced. Introductions must be lawful, honest and made with the prospect's consent, in line with applicable privacy/GDPR rules. No spam, misrepresentation or misuse of personal data.
• 4. Rewards. A reward is payable only where a valid introduction, registered and acknowledged by HOMZ in advance, leads to a fully completed and settled transaction, and only after HOMZ has received its own fees in full. Amounts and conditions are agreed in writing per ambassador. No reward is due for prospects already known to or in contact with HOMZ.
• 5. Registration of introductions. To qualify, an introduction must be submitted to HOMZ in advance with the prospect's details and confirmed by HOMZ. Unregistered or retrospective claims are not eligible.
• 6. Compliance & taxes. Ambassadors are responsible for their own tax obligations on any rewards, and for complying with all applicable laws. Rewards are not commissions for regulated brokerage services.
• 7. Brand use. Ambassadors may not use the HOMZ name, logo or materials without prior written permission, and only as HOMZ directs. Goodwill in the brand remains with HOMZ.
• 8. Confidentiality. Property, client and commercial information shared with ambassadors is confidential and may not be disclosed or used other than for making introductions.
• 9. Conduct. Ambassadors must act honestly and protect the reputation of HOMZ. HOMZ may suspend or remove any ambassador, and withhold rewards, for misconduct or breach of these terms.
• 10. Term & changes. The programme is offered at HOMZ's discretion and may be changed, paused or ended, and these terms updated, at any time. Either party may end participation with notice.
• 11. Governing law. These terms are governed by Spanish law, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Ibiza (Balearic Islands).

Participation is at HOMZ’s sole discretion, and any reward is payable only under the conditions above and as confirmed by HOMZ in writing. A signed written agreement between you and HOMZ is the sole basis for any rights or obligations; without a signed contract there is no entitlement to any reward or to participation.
